Description
Fabulous vintage c.1970’s mid century modern Milo Baughman for Directional Furniture highboy dresser / wardrobe! All walnut, inside and out, with ebonized hardware and base. Has an amazingly well fitted upper cabinet unit, which hides behind beautifully grained bi-fold doors! The base unit consists of two generously deep and wide drawers. This unit offers load of storage and style!
Truly a wonderfully designed and constructed piece, it is very good original condition as you can see in the photographs. There is one small spot of veneer loss along the bottom edge of the bottom drawer, and a minor bit of edge wear along the top front edge in one spot, shown in closeup. Also on the very top, there is an area of dark staining on the top of the upper cabinet, which is very high in the air and not generally visible unless you are very tall. Aside from that there is normal wear from the decades, but very very well kept as shown!
Measures 40″ wide, 18″ deep and 67″ tall overall, with the top of the base unit being 24 1/2″ tall.
